We continue to closely monitor the situation as it unfolds and are making real-time adjustments to our robust business continuity plan as needed to ensure customers are not affected by this event. At the moment, our facilities continue to provide normal levels of service with additional measures are in place such as:
- Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures in all of our offices and datacentre locations, including the continual re-supplying of hand-sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and other supplies.
- Advising staff who feel unwell or suspect that they have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus to stay home and self-isolate for 14 days, and to follow directions from their healthcare provider.
- Following the guidance from major public health organizations such as Public Health Agency of Canada and the World Health Organization.
