Social Media is Now a Ranking Factor on Google
This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone in the SEO world as social media is all the buzz these days.
Matt Cutts of Google confirmed earlier that social data will be used in the search algorithm along with Bing to rank websites.
Data such as the number of times something was retweeted, how many followers on Twitter, and liked or linked to within Facebook.

Google Streetview for Art Museums
Google recently launched their new website based on the same Street View technology for mapping streets. But instead of streets, they mapped several museums around the world. You can virtually walk around the museums and see high resolutions images of famous artwork.
I read that each artwork took 4-8 hours to take using high resolution cameras.
